Security Deposit:
Security Deposit of $800 is required for all stays.
Security Deposit (minus any damages or harms) will be returned within 14 days after
Check-out.

Check-In, Check-Out and Minimum Stay Information:
Check-in time starts after 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 10:00
am on the day of departure.
All Weekly rentals are for 7 Nights with check-in on Friday and check-out the following Friday.
Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs cannot be accomodated at this time.

House Rules:
Due to Health Safety Reasons, Watermark has a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.
Please note that we do not rent to large groups, prom groups, fraternities, sororities, wedding occasions or parties.
Violators of these rules will be evicted immediately and will forfeit full rental money and security deposit.

Please make sure that you complete all required information, sign and initial where requested.
At least one person over the age of 25 is required in order to rent the property.
In order to secure your reservation, 50% of the ongoing rental rate is due within
7 days from receiving your signed Rental Agreement.
The remaining balance plus the security deposit are due 30 days prior to check-in.
If you are reserving in less than 30 days prior to your check-in date , then full payment is required.
Checks, Cashier's checks or money orders should be made payable to Lokson or Cindy
Woo.
Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX), Check Card or Bank Draft payments can be made by using PAYPAL.
Please note that your payment is due with your signed Rental Agreement.
Payment must be sent from a TENANT who signed the rental agreement, payments received from third
parties will not be accepted.
Your reservation cannot be confirmed until payment, full signed Rental Agreement,
and a copy of valid Driver's License are received.
Your request for reservation will be cancelled if 50% of ongoing rental rate is
not received within 7 days.

Cancellations:
There is a cancellation fee of $300 if your cancellation request is received 60 days or more prior to your check-in date.
The cancellation fee is $500 if your cancellation request is received 59 to 30 days
prior to your check-in date.
If your cancellation request is received in less than 30 days prior to your check-in
date you will forfeit your complete payment.
All cancellation requests must be sent via Certified Mail and in addition owner
must be made aware immediately via e-mail (you must receive a written notice back
from us in order to confirm your cancellation request).
Unforeseen circumstances such as sudden illnesses, job loss, deaths, or hurricanes
do occur and for this reason guests are strongly
urged to purchase travel insurance for stays and especially for stays during
hurricane season (June 1 through November 30.)
Watermark does not offer travel insurance but it can be purchased through CSA Travel Protection
or other travel insurance company.
